Nephrology Center in Omsk

On 26th January, 2015 the new nephrological center of Nefrosovet in Omsk on the base of the State Financed Health Institution “Omsk Regional Clinical Hospital No1 (SFHI “ORCH No1) of Kabanov A.N." accepted the first patients. The day before the ceremonial opening of the new nephrological center took place.

The ceremony was attended by Governor of the Omsk region, Prime Minister of the Omsk Region Nazarov V.I., Minister of Health of the Omsk region Storozhenko A.E., as well as representatives of “Nefrosovet", regional and district media.

“Nefrosovet" in cooperation with Government of the Omsk region has been realizing the long-term investment Project of development of nephrology care within public-private partnership. The main task of the new center is to provide the complex nephrology care to the patients of Omsk with the total population of over 1166.0 thousand persons. The center is equipped with 40 “artificial kidney” machines, what provides the possibility to carry out the high-quality hemodialysis procedure for 240 patients.

On the base of the center there is the possibility of advisory and stationary nephrological helping. In the near future in the center it is planned the opening of a clinical-diagnostic and histology laboratories, ultrasound and functional diagnostics, the all-profile operating room.

Currently in the centre 130 patients are treated on basis of program hemodialysis . In the nephrological center 39 employees, including 7 doctors, 19 nurses work.

The practice of collaboration of Omsk region Goverment with management of the Nefrosovet to modernization of nephrological service in the region confirmed the viability and success of public-private partnership in the health care. Thus, the joint efforts of state and non-profit organizations provide a good basis for the development of health care of area at the most modern level.

Second DNH in Omsk

On 16th November, 2015 the new Department of Hemodialysis and Nephrology of Nefrosovet in Omsk on the base of the State Financed Health Institution “Medical Care Part №4" accepted the first patients.

On the base of the center are provided advisory nephrological help and renal replacement therapy. The center is equipped with 25 “artificial kidney” machines, what provides the possibility to carry out the high-quality hemodialysis procedure for 150 patients.

The main task of the new center is to provide the complex nephrology care to the patients of Southern districts of Omsk Region at European level, both in quality and in its accessibility. New DHN is equipped with the most modern equipment and information system MaXimus.
